Our Transparent Policies
ITEM POLICY
*All items are custom made. Orders purchased by 4pm during the week (Monday-Friday), will be processed within 24 hours.
*There is a 2-3 day processing time. Processing is closed Friday 4:01pm-Monday 10am.
*All custom orders must be paid in full before processing. A mock up will be sent for approval of design before order is started. Custom orders are non-refundable once approved by customer.
RETURN POLICY
Exchanges are only accepted within SEVEN (7) days from the received date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and with original tags attached.
*Returns on stock items only. No refunds on Custom orders.
*To return your product for an exchange, please email us at justbecause.jb1@gmail.com.
*Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping the return. Just Because will cover cost to ship new item to the buyer.
*Exchanges can take up to 10 business days from the time our warehouse receives the exchange and approves your product for restock.
*All sale items are FINAL SALE and are exempt from being exchanged
*any coupon used at the time will be forfeited unless the exact same item is chosen for a replacement.
*Returned items will be issued a store credit in the form of a gift certificate via email. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
*In order to process your exchange, we will need your order number and description of issue with item.
RETURNED PACKAGES DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY
In order to ship your package again, we must receive a copy of the ID and card used for payment. A written request must be emailed to justbecause.jb1@gmail.com
If your package is returned due to an address issue including but not limited to:
· Missing address digit(s)/apartment numbers
· Misspellings
· undeliverable by the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc)
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs in full via invoice before your order is resent to the corrected address as we do not offer refunds.
